Orders – orders will be confirmed by “confirmation of order” which is sent from TheWebsiteMasters to the Client by either email or post. There will be specified all obligations of order.
Payments – TheWebsiteMasters accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or bankers draft unless agreed differently. If your cheque is returned by the bank as unpaid for any reason, you will be liable for a "returned cheque" charge of £25.
Deposit – A deposit of up to 50% of price agreed by both parties has to be sent within 5 working days from receiving “confirmation of order” unless agreed differently. The project requested by the client will not commence before payment of the agreed deposit is cleared.
Accomplishment – the project’s due to be accomplished will be an agreement between TheWebsiteMasters and the
Client. This information will be recorded in “confirmation of order”. After the final invoice has cleared the full project will be sent to the Client and published on the client’s web server.
Cancelation - If the Client decides to cancel order at any point during the process they shall remain liable for the work that has taken place and shall be invoiced accordingly.

Copyright Clients Responsibilities - In situations where the client provides images, text, animations or any other content for their website they are legally responsible for ensuring that this material does not infringe any copyright. The website owner is legally responsible for ensuring that this does not happen. |
